Red Pilates aims to make Pilates accessible to all; whether young or old, new to exercise, rehabilitating, or trying to improve your form to support participation in other sports and fitness.
I truly believe in making Pilates personal and appropriate to the individual. From years of experience teaching only Pilates, I understand that not every classical Pilates exercise is beneficial to every individual.
By understanding, modifying and adapting exercises I can help my clients to better understand their own bodies and movement and help them experience the benefits of Pilates and reach their own personal goals, whether thats to run a marathon or reduce risk of falls.
