- First you need to contact us and check that there is availability in the class that you wish to join, including pregnancy
- Once availability has been confirmed you secure and pay for your mat in the class until the end of the current block or you may
need to book in advance to start the next block of classes.
- You will then be asked to fill out the appropriate client enrolment form (please see below) which must be completed and
returned before your first session. On this form you give details of any injuries or conditions to allow us to ensure that you exercise safely. If you are receiving treatment for an injury or
condition you should seek permission from your doctor or physiotherapist first and if you are pregnant please seek permission from your midwife, gp or consultant before
Thats it! No need to buy mats or any equipment and no leotards or leg warmers necessary!!! Please wear comfortable clothes that
you can move easily in but not too baggy and no shoes are worn to exercise.
