For the prevention and management of lower back pain.
You are not alone! More than 80% of adults will suffer from low back pain at some point in their lifetime, myself included; which is why I have undertaken further extensive training to become a Back 4 Good practitioner, and registered with the charity Backcare.
Clinical guidelines encourage gentle, effective exercise, delivered by a properley trained exercise professional to prevent and manage episodes of back pain, hence why may GP's, phyiotherapists and other medical professionals recommend Pilates.
The Back 4 Good programme is designed to help you get moving, strengthen your core and to keep your back flexible and stong through a series of specially designed Pilates based exercises that help with the prevention of low back pain whatever your fitness level.
You are screened in advance by answering questions about your back pain and must seek approval from a medical professional before attending class. For some, one to one sessions may be recommended before joining a group class.
